The findings indicate that the validity of metaverse virtual asset transactions does not necessarily depend on their conformity with the traditional concept of ʿayn. Rather, by relying on the principle of autonomy of will, the general rules of contracts, and the jurisprudential foundations governing the validity of transactions, the possibility of accepting such transactions can be analyzed. In Iranian law, Article 10 of the Civil Code provides the capacity to recognize private agreements concerning these assets, within the limits of legal conditions and restrictions. In Egyptian law, the principle of the binding force of contracts and the rules governing financial rights provide the basis for the contractual analysis of such transactions. Accordingly, the immateriality of virtual assets does not per se preclude the validity of the transaction; rather, establishing their status as property, determining and identifying the subject matter of the transaction, the possibility of attributing and transferring related rights, and the feasibility of delivery appropriate to the nature of the asset are of fundamental importance in assessing their validity.
