Blasphemy under the guise of freedom of expression increases religious hatred and threatens world peace and security, and is prohibited by some documents of the International Charter of Human Rights; But in the West it has a dual policy. Insulting the Prophet of Mercy for the Worlds (PBUH) is a violation of human rights. Respect for the sacred and the preservation of sanctity, expands communication and strengthens the peaceful coexistence of followers of different religions and faiths. Islam does not condemn insults to one's own sanctities, it also emphasizes not insulting the sanctities of others. Practical adherence to the Declarations and Covenants of Human Rights in the world - especially now that in Denmark, France, etc. with the aim of creating religious divisions against the sanctuary of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is insulted - and eliminate legal loopholes in this crime in the country , More than ever. Insult is not just a word; It can be achieved through writing, film, painting, caricature, humor and the like. Legal ambiguity regarding the crime of blasphemy, where the punishment is the death penalty, can sometimes lead to the safety of the offender or the shedding of innocent human blood. This descriptive-analytical study seeks to investigate insults to sanctities according to the jurisprudence of Islamic religions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.Insulting sacred things is punishable by Islamic religions and Iran's legal system and is prohibited in human rights documents.
